Palak Raita

An easy-to-make raita with spinach adding to its health quotient!

Ingredients:

Spinach-1 bunch
Mint leaves(optional)-5-6 nos.
Black salt-to taste
Roasted cumin powder(jeera powder)-2 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Curd-200 gm

Method:

-> Blanch spinach in salted water.
-> To retain the green colour of spinach, dip the blanched spinach in chilled water.
-> Now take out spinach from water and blend it with mint leaves in a blender or mixer.
-> Add curd, black salt, jeera powder and red chilli powder. Mix well.

Serve it as a side dish with lunch or dinner 🙂
